This charming Burleigh Ware pitcher in all white ironstone from Staffordshire, England is a delightfully decorative and whimsical pitcher -- if you look carefully you'll find the rabbit hiding in the cornstalk! The pitcher and handle are fashioned into a "faux bois" or "false wood" design, with a rabbit and barley / cornstalk pattern. Use as a pitcher or fill it with some colorful Spring flowers. Made of ironstone in the Harvest pattern by Burgess and Leigh of Staffordshire, England. The pitcher is in good preowned (vintage) condition with no chips or cracks. There is crazing present throughout as expected.
