Anyone who's followed me over this past year knows that I've collected and kept a LOT of Tanzanite. It is a favorite of mine, and I believe it is a great investment, since it has only ever been found in tiny Tanzania, and demand and value are only going up. I'm amazed that I am still finding stones that I haven't yet posted, but just tonight I found two of them! This one would make an absolutely stunning ring. It is a gorgeous emerald cut blue-violet Tanzanite measuring 7.1 X 5.2 X 2.9 mm, and weighing 1.08 carats. It has beautiful luster and a very fine cut and clarity (VVS). Like all Tanzanites, it is heated. I will be getting more pictures taken in the next few days but wanted to get this beauty up.
