Wonderful Vintage Crackle Glaze Seated Buddhist Monk / Wise Man MCM Art Pottery Statue 8.25" Tall. A rare and different hand made piece that appears to be Mid Century Modern California Art Pottery. Cream glaze with brown-red crazing. The monk appears to be making a point. Great statue with a bit of a humorous touch. Lots of great design and textural interest to catch the eye! See the photos. Unmarked. See the Photos. Circa 1960s. Approx. 8.25” Tall. Very Good previously owned vintage condition. It feels like his finger was broken off and well repaired.
