There is a tear in the inner lining near the shoulder as noted, a small tear near cuff, an easy repair & a small tear on the mid side/back. All shown. She also needs a good wipe down to remove some of the light wear marks. Heavier vinyl material, it has some weight to it . To ensure proper fit please use flat lay measurements of a current well-fitting garment.
