*Upgraded the Ram it now has all the slots filled. *brand new battery free of charge. *minor flaws to the case it can all be replaced for fairly cheap though. *no hard drive or charger included. takes a standard Asus charger. *the backlit keyboard stopped working but it just needs a new connector and should be fixed which is a very cheap fix. *Overall a solid laptop for gaming and work it offers a GTX560m graphics card which CAN be upgraded and and intel i7 cpu it can run gta v and a lot of modern games on medium/high settings not too many tho so don't get ahead of yourself. see me for more information....
