Vintage Robert Chee Serigraph Silkscreen Bear Cub Navajo Art Pair of 2 Framed #173 Chee Bear #174 Chee Bear The labels on the back of the frames have some silverfish damage, but the serigraphs have been stored in the frames for years and appear to be in good condition. I believe they were hung in my childhood bedroom in the 1970’s and stored since. There are two large scratches on the glass of Bear #173 near the top and to the right of the artwork. I have tried to photograph the scratches as best I could. There are some minor rubs, scuffs and dents on both frames. Robert Chee, also known as Hashke-Yil-Cale was a Navajo contemporary artist and author. Serigraphs are made by hand through a process called silk screen printing. They are original art, not reproduction prints. Please see photos for condition. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
