Vintage 1970s Mens Navy Blue Puffer Jacket Coat Napa Patch Size Small. Measures about 20" underarm to underarm and 25" from shoulder to bottom hem. About 17" from underarm to cuff of sleeve. Coat is overall clean and in good condition. There are a few small issues. Cuffs have some washwear and a little white speckling on one. Maybe paint? Zipper is coming loose on one side at the bottom. Needs a few stitches. See photo. I can do that if you like. Just let me know.
