A beautiful acrylic resin head of Nefertiti. A compliment to any shelf, desk or work station. Could be used as a paper weight or bookend as well. The piece is of good size and is well made - the light casting through it is unique depending on it's placement - and if you have a below light source it would definitely have an aura glowing quality. My Grandparents got this in either the very late '80's or early '90's. I feel it's more the '90's. My late aunt, their daughter, was an artist whose speciality was ancient Egyptian art. I later married an Egyptian guy so the amount of Egyptian themed art in the house was a lot! This was always a favorite because it really makes a statement no matter where you place it. They never explored playing with lighting (it's lovely with natural light), but I bet this could look so great with someone who was skilled at that. Thank you for reading.
