Romantica by Victor Costa Vintage Black Sequin Dress Union Label 16 this is a vintage lady with some flaws. there are some tarnished sequins I think they used to all be sliver, now they look silver and gold because of the tarnish. there are also some missing sequins, especially under the arms and in areas that see movement. also some bent sequins. this dress is made from sheer black overlay fabric that does have some loose strings. especially around the seams, I think the arm slits may have been cut into the dress as the sleeves do narrow a good bit to the wrist. the top and top back of the dress is lined with a 2nd layer of sheer panty hose type nude material. the skirt is fully lined from the bust down and waist down in the back. just to recap, the sleeves are sheer, the neckline and back are semi sheer and the important parts are fully lined. union label tag inside. estimated 60s or 70s vintage era. sized 16 measures flat chest 19" length 54"
