The description states the phone works on GSM networks including T-Mobile. When I tried to activate it T-Mobile came back and stated this phone does not work on their system. I would not recommend purchasing this phone unless you have actual verification from what ever carrier you want to use it on that it is compatible with their system. Don't go by the seller description.
