This is a vintage Chinese Yixing Zisha tea pot with double spout and heart shaped lid. The tea pot measures 7 inches from spout to handle and about 3.5 inches tall to the top of the lid knob. The double spout and handle are done in a bamboo pattern and the red hand applied leaves look like bamboo leaves. The base of the tea pot is done in applied red dots and the lid and opening is heart shaped. The only flaw I found are some rough spots on the inside of the lid and I've shown them in the photo. Both the base of the tea pot and the interior of the lid are stamped or signed.
