Vintage 80's Gillian blue, purple, and green floral silk tulip dress. Has dolman sleeves, shoulder pads that could be snipped out, tulip skirt, zipper closure in back, and inner lining. Sleeves can be pushed up and worn in multiple ways. 100% silk. Vintage size 6 and seems to fit like a modern size 4/6. See measurements for fit.
