This is a vintage PYREX #045 Early American Design, Gold Print on Brown, 2.5 Quart Oval Shaped Lidded Casserole Dish. It has a 945 C 28 Clear Glass Lid. This probably dates back to at least the 1970’s. This comes in its original box! I’m not going to call this Brand New/New Old Stock but it is as close to Brand New as you can get! It has a thin piece of cardboard between the lid and dish. That was probably how it came from the factory. It also has a Pyrex advertising pamphlet. The outer box shows wear from age & years of storage. AM2
