Sylvania Sylvanian Families Toy Shop with box VHTF EUC calico critters sylvanian families sylvanian families calico critter retired vhtf this set is very hard to find in this condition very very clean does not appear to have been played with, comes with box see pics as they are part of the description! as the box does show shelf wear but for its age its in great condition ! house is very very clean! no problems at all that i could see super clean comes with everything shown except the critters! I believe it is complete it even has the tiny house furniture which is soooper hard to find! has 7 houses including the tree house, 2 boxes for toys, bunches of little itty bitty furniture two different colors a display shelf with clear cover for one of the houses 2 signs 1 for the top of the store and 1 hanging on side, a magazine rack with books and a little train. this set is highly collectable and is amazingly clean i do not think it was ever played with ! please look at pics as this is
