Antique round matte 10k gold (took to my local jeweler for testing) locket with a star-set diamond on front and an antique photo inside. No markings (but, again, jeweler tested). Approximately 1 inch diameter (photos have measurements). See last two photos for places the locket is showing its age. Note, too, that it doesn't open flat, but only to about 45 degrees. Reminds me of Monica Rich Kosann lockets (I imagine this type of locket was the inspiration for some of her designs), but wayyyyy less expensive. 4 grams total weight (no glass over picture areas).
