It has mark on the solid white base, with symbol, Hand Painted Takahashi San Francisco. it has fabulous round finial painted in blue. two a symmetric figures holding the box. excellent condition. 2.5" h. and 6" w. delicate & decorative with incredible detailing from vintage era, presumably 1940's .
