This is an early 1930s clear glass mixer by Vidrio Products Corp of Chicago, Illinois. This is cat no E-60, Pat 135,857. The green painted metal lid contains the motor and blades as pictured. The top is in very good condition with age related wear and some minor surface rust on the metal handle as pictured. The glass base is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flea bites or other issues. The metal lid is in very good condition with no Very old cord appears to be original, although the two prong plug appears to be an old replacement. The electric cord is very dry and fraying with metal showing through and needs to be replaced in order to use this device. We did plug it in and it does power on and the blades turn. This is 8" tall total (the base alone is 4-1/8" tall) and 4" diameter (at the base). This has been in my personal collection for many years and was originally sourced in San Francisco.
