Antique 1920's Shari Langlois New York Powder Box Silk Powder Box Cherryblossom Yep. This bad boy is over a hundred years old. You will see a variation in the color on the sides from aging. It is still in outstanding condition given its age. There is still some powder in it. Beautitully decorated powder box, Shari Langlois New York. Original silk top and sides with plain dark gold coloured card base. Cherry blossom and butterflies adorn the lid, whilst the sides have exotic birds on cherry blossom branches. Shade label to base. Octagon shape. Era: 1920'S. Dimensions: Diameter 7cms or 2 3/4" Height 4cms or 1 1/2" The powder box is in good antique condition with light age-related wear. The sides have darkened over the years with some loss of colour to the card edge. The side decoration is quite bright and intact. A lovely item to display as part of a collection.
