Raised lines on the porch allow songbirds to grip it, and this platform extends inward inside the home for extra resting and perching area, as well as a barrier against potential predators. Four 0.375” diameter openings at the top of the item accommodate gourd rods, and allow you to orient the item parallel or perpendicular to your pole for versatility. A slight arch above each opening prevents water from entering the nest, and several drainage holes around the base allow any captured water to exit.
