Vintage 1930s 1940s Black Velvet Blouse With Czech jet black Glass Buttons & Beaded Collar This is in beautiful condition. I am not positive of the age of this garment but this collar and the buttons are quite old, possibly antique. There are slim shoulder pads, a fitted waist and a lovely, slender silhouette. It is stunning! There is a small spot on the sleeve where the nap of velvet is going a little wonky, pictured. Bust: 36 in Waist: 28 in
