Beautiful Antique Chinese Qing Famille Rose Emperor Riding on a Dragon Fish Porcelain Statue Figurine with Elaborate Hand Painted Enamels. Signed by the artist / maker. 4.3” Tall. The Emperor is poised on the dragon in the water and holding his ruyi scepter. The polychrome enamels vary in color featuring a vivid pink, blue, turquoise, yellow and red. Wonderful character and expression. With impressed marks. Great subject and textural interest. See the photos. It has CHINA impressed under the foot. Also, with Impressed Chinese characters in oval cartouche under the foot for the artist / maker signature. See the photos. Circa Qing or Early Republic: 1880s to 1920s. China. Approx. Approx. 4.3” Tall X 1.8” Wide X 3.5” Long. Very Good previously owned antique condition. Some signs of age and use that you may expect from an antique piece, but I did not see any worth noting.
