San Francisco Sunday Call Newspaper 1903 Print of the 1st President of The United States of America George Washington Artwork is a lithograph print distributed as a Supplement of The San Francisco Call newspaper in 1903. They also made one of Theodore Roosevelt. San Francisco Call was a daily newspaper started in 1856. Mark Twain worked for them in 1863. Their name was retired once The San Francisco Examiner purchased them. American Colortype also made a print of Roosevelt in 1903 for a different newspaper. I could not find any sales history for George Washington. Print measures appx 9 3/4 by 13 1/2 inches. CONDITION :Sold unframed. Print is in Good Condition for being 120+ year old paper with tiny nicks and creases along the outer edges and signs of wear but displays well. FEATURES :"Copyright 1903 American Colortype Co.
