Madame Alexander Cherub RARE Doll Baby 1960 In Christening Gown 11 1/2 " Rare doll made in 1960 and 1961 only. She is in very good condition. Her face paint is good and her eyes are clear. She has a socket head and strung arms and legs. The stringing is solid. She has really pudgy arms and legs which add to her appeal! There is the smallest rub on her hair...its small. No odors. I believe the christening gown may not be originals as it does not have any tags but probably as old as the doll. Its made of silk. I have not seen another one and only read about it in my Madame Alexander book. I think she is a drink and wet doll. I did not take off her undergarment/ diapers since there sewn on.
