Comes complete with the box, cart, manual, and tray. In fair condition at best; the box is dirty and has stains as shown and some damage but no missing parts. The manual is in decent shape with some rust on the staples but no missing pages; just slightly dirty due to age. The cart itself is in good shape, but has slight label damage as shown. The pins have been cleaned and it boots up with no issues and holds save data still, also shown. The tray is yellowed from age and has some damage, again also shown. The console is not included; shown only for testing purposes. Please be aware this is the Japanese version of Final Fantasy II, never released in America for NES and as such will only work on a Famicom unless your NES etc can handle Japanese carts.
