Eyvind Earle is among the list of the greatest animated/fine artists of all times. His transformative moment came in 1951, when he was hired by Walt Disney. After his tenure with Disney in 1958, he turned his attention to commercial animation and advertising. In 1966, he returned to fine art full time. In the last three decades of his life, Earle created an immense and impressive varied body of work. He became an expert at the silk screen printing process known as serigraphy.
