Rare Kiso SUZUKI Violin Size 1/8 Japan Made Copy of Antonius Stradivarius 1720-1968 No.7 Violin w/Bow and Case Gem of a 1/8 size violin by Kiso Suzuki. This No.7 Copy of a Stradivarius was made in Japan in 1973. It's a genuine Suzuki violin, imported from Japan and produced by a company renowned as a top manufacturer of instruments and its global contributions to musical education. The Company established in 1887, the first to manufacture violins in Japan, is still very popular and has a wide lineup from beginners to advanced players. Suzuki violins were the best choice, especially for 1/16 and 1/8 violins, due to the impact in Japan of Shinichi Suzuki's work with very young children. There is some cosmetic wear (see photos), but overall, it's in great shape and sound. The finish is an attractive amber, and the back has splendid grain and rich sunset shades. An excellent vintage instrument for a young enthusiast with a sense of style and sound.
